a decent workout today...nothing too great to report but we did kill it with occlusion. my glute is still jacked so front squats it is...
bb front squat-185 for 8 bb romanian deadlifts-365 for 8 leg extensions-occluded adductors-120 for 15 calves-occluded

one week closer till 540 will be realized...stronger every single week. today i'll be honest...the deadlifts were absolutely brutal being that every single rep was pulled with 100% zero momentum...here's how tonight went...
deadlift-410 for 6 sets of 4 db flat bench-130's for 5 neutral grip lat pulldown-270 for 5 standing bb shoulder press-185 for 5 ez curl bar deadlift skullcrushers-135 for 8 pec dec flye-220 for 20 abs
