I just DL'd 405x2... I'm looking forward being able to do 335x12... I can do 8 of those now. Definitely feel it in the lats!

131 days to improve
198.5 upon waking 211/420/49.25 got a lot of new things to tell you about...as many of you know, my chest is very weak, meaning it is very small...a lot smaller than it should be....well i quit benching for 2 reasons...1)fear of tearing my pec and 2) my right shoulder...so i stuck with incline bb for the longest time...few months back i tried to bench again and my shoulder couldn't handle it...well after looking at my chest, i realize the time to improve is NOW...so i went in putting a cap on my weight for today at 185...i wanted to focus on staying tight and to watch my shoulder as closely as possible...well everything went well so far...the chest pump i got was so severe that it actually hurt...haven't experienced that in a long time...like the pump was very scary...i just hope i don't regret trying to do it again...but you can't live your life gunshy...well the second development is my left elbow appears to be healing finally...the pain was noticeably down today Flat BB Bench (feels really weird to type that)- 135 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 (still wondering how far i should take this) 185 x 5 185 x 5 185 x 5 DB Incline Flyes- 60's x 8 65's x 8 70's x 8 70's x 8 BB Deathrow- 225 x 12 225 x 12 225 x 12 BB Military- 135 x 8 145 x 8 145 x 7 DB Tricep Extensions S/S EZ Bar Curls- 35 x 12/95 x 12 35 x 12/95 x 12 35 x 12/95 x 12

Doesn't incline bench use more shoulder than flat?
Glad to see you're able to do some moderate weight... all you need is enough to get the pump!

yes it does, but oddly enough that angle didn't put as much stress on my shoulder as flat...it may just be the part of my shoulder that is messed up

looking thick man. I def need to dead more. I would have to say my lats are the worst lag that I have issues with. have been doing alot of wide grip pulls but deads are probably the missing link. nice work
