deathrep is you bring the bar to a complete dead rest on the bench right above your head...so you are lifting deadweight every rep

today was a very good training day...i've switched to doing deadlifts conventional style for a while, to mix it up...i haven't done it conventional in a long time...probably well over a year, maybe 2 years...i felt pretty strong today.

today was just cardio...i've been very busy lately...finally got my Human Subject forms signed and sent...so i'm just waiting on their approval...this whole process has taken entirely too long...i started back in October and things kept happening to push it back...well it looks like i might be collecting data soon...HIIT CARDIO IN THE HOUSE TODAY

yes...i crank up the resistance and go all out for 15 seconds and then bring the resistance back down for 45 seconds...then hit it again
