today i had HIIT cardio...the only thing going through my mind is the Team motto..."YOU WILL NOT OUTWORK ME" all i want to do is keep pushing harder and harder and harder...i will be heard

20 x 15 second intervals on recumbent bike
10 x 15 second intervals on elliptical
5 x 10 second intervals on elliptical

Can I ask why you're doing a 20-week cut? You seem to be pretty lean as it is... are you worried about losing mass?

I'll caveat my post with the fact that I know very little about contest prep (I know the science; don't know the timing or the different approaches).

the slower you go, the more muscle you retain...also...i want to make sure i give myself plenty of time...i want to be ready as early as i can...too many people don't give themselves enough time and end up crash dieting...they also rely far too much on peak week tricks...which simply don't work wonders.....also you have a lot more fat you think...i would estimate that i have at least 15 pounds to lose

nice approch bro, just remember the mirror!!! bf levels are irrelevant imo as its the look that matters
