have a wider of variety of foods in your meals, and keep switching them up. i notice that when i eat the same thing for a long period of time, it looses its appeal. maybe just try taking a break from your normal eating habits and switch it up with something similar in macro's, but different in taste. but splenda and spices are always a great way to change taste without effecting macros too much

I found Kraft's low calorie original BBQ sauce. Only has 4 grams of carbs for 2 tablespoons. I find that half a tablespoon is usually enough to have a small dipping sauce so that my meats taste better.

This is a much better alternative than the other sauces that have loads of carbs and sugar in it.

Tomato sauce
Pepper
Fat-free Mayo
Vinegar/Lemon juice
Hot sauce
Sweet chili sauce
Mustard
Mixed spices/herbs

a treat of mine is 6 basted eggs and three peices of cinnamon toast.... im barely patient enough to put mustard in my tuna lol
