my wife and i started a diet lowcarb i have got rid of 21 pounds she said she has lost 5 is then a good diet and workout plan for her. she is 5ft 4in 150 she wants to lose 20 30 pounds and tone up

whats her blood type?? some people dont do well on hi-pro diets and it seems like she is not doing too well with it. what type of workouts is she incorporating?

men and women have different needs. Probably didn't work for her because a few things... fats were off.... water retention.... my number one guess is she flat wasn't eating frequently enough...
