So I ate out today.. had chinese chicken and vegetables with a cup of white rice.. and now i have no idea where I stand in terms of nutrition today.
This is the biggest problem I see with keeping a nutrition diet and it's not an easy one to solve. Either make/bring lunch daily or guesstimate? Will post weight later |

No way.
4 pounds of fat lost, and 6 pounds of muscle gained since i began 4 days ago? That seems unreasonable, right? I can't wait till tomorrow.
