I had a phenomenal workout today. Some of my lifts were as good, but man I dont know what I did everything just felt great. Im finally back in my stride of where I left off in April, hopefully all my gains will come back quickly now. I was so suprised I could even get 110 in shrugs I didnt even think I was going to be able to do 90's!!!! Cant wait to finish this week up Im going to kill it in the gym.

Well Im pretty much hating myself right now. I havent been to the gym in 2 weeks my diet has been at the poorest its ever been in these weeks. Lets hope it can all turn around tomorrow when I hit the gym, Im thinking of maybe doing a am and pm workout, and really kill myself (just to penalize myself so I dont do this type of thing again)
