And today was my weigh in day its been a month since I last weighed myself and I gained 11.8 lbs, but this is from when I wasnt eating right at all and very very little. Now up to 158.8. Im going to assume maybe 4 or 5 lbs is muscle hopefully the rest is fat, but as of right now Im ok with that.
