How is the program going, bro? I know we talked about you potentially doing either cliff hanger or the 4th horse sometimes. What are your plans now?

The program is nice, its something I came up with so its ok. As for cliff I tried it for about 2 weeks, and wow.... I think Ill try it out a little later, as the volume was insane, I dont even know why I tried, but I did and it was a good learning experience. My plans now are to keep on this routine for a long time heh.

Well did a full body workout today, although I left all my gym stuff at my place and didnt think I would be at the gym at home. But it was one of the hardest workouts Ive done in awhile, was training with a buddy of mine that plays rugby for some big clubs or something. So we were shooting ideas off each other teaching each other a few things. Its nice to have a workout partner that doesnt rely on you to tell them what to do every second.

Legs Squats 225x8 225x6 225x4 Leg Press 360x8 360x8 360x16 Leg Extension 135x8 135x8 135x8 Leg Curl 120x6 Seated Calf Raise 100x8 100x8 100x8 Im not too sure whats up with the leg press, as it was a different one then I have been using. So I was able to do alot more.... Kind of weird. And my hamstring was killing me cause I think I may have pulled it on Sunday which really sucks... Other then that it was a great workout.
