Default Links One and Only log

Well after a disappointing December. I have decided to get a journal back up and running. Its a 4 day on 1 day off split, which consists of...
DAY 1 Chest/Tri
DAY 2 Legs
DAY 3 Back/Bis
DAY 4 Shoulders/Traps

Well currently Im about 150lbs [img]/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img] and Am attempting a 5lbs a month gain. So hopefully I will be able to do this.

A little disappointed in the weight, as I know I can do more but I just couldnt.. Hopefully I an get back up there in the next couple weeks.

Happy with my squats and leg press. I got new personal highs for both those.

I thought I would add in my weight log as well, since Its really my main goal as of now... But as of June 7, 08 I weighed in at 147lbs and todays weight is 151lbs. Which is kind of interesting as thats almost 5lbs alone, Im assuming its water weight or fat, but either way its going up :P And my diet is pretty clean except for my addiction to Chef Boyardee....

I was a little bit nervous about the deadlifts, as my hands were a bit sweaty so the bar felt like it was slipping. So I might invest in some chalk or gloves.

Chalk is far more beneficial then gloves for deadlifting, I'd say go with that.

Also I got your PM, sorry for not replying. Have you remember what routine it was or is it now officially lost to memory?
