I heard from someone who did it that it really helped him
with his problems.I did a search on the internet and there are also books about it written by the inventor. Is this something which you can do on your own after reading a book? Or is a book only for professionals? http://www.activerelease.com/about.asp |

Hey Tony,
I've heard great things about ART as well. Specially when it comes to injuried areas, it breaks down scar tissue and helps in the healing process. As far as book, I've looked and I haven't found anything but an introduction on why its used. I've found nothing in regards to how to do it and what not. I'd be interested if anyone else has anything to add to this thread. Casey |

I dont really see anything that new and original in this ART compared with what physical therapists have been doing for years re: friction, pressure points etc.
