I figured it would be a good dea to keep up a journal here with my training, both to help keep me motvated and to open my training to advice etc. For the time being I am using a routine out of Arnolds encyclopedia.
My goal right now is to drop to about 150 lbs ( 176 right now) at 10-15%bf ( bf probably over 30-35% rght now). From there I'll be looking to adjust my training and goals. Long term I would like to be over 200lbs at around 10%. Not an easy goal being5'4". I'd also like to work on my endurance Warmed up with some skipping and calf balancing drills. My cavles are a huge focs right now. Bench Press 4 sets 12 Incline press 4 sets 12 Pullovers 4 sets 12 Pull ups 4 sets to failure ( was about 4 per set today ) Bent Over Row 4 sets 12 Deadlifts 3 sets ( 10, 6, 4) 5 sets of 25 crunches For the time being I'll be following the routine. I am working out at home an MIGHT move to a gym in the new year, we'll see. I like being at home but don't have all the equipment I would like.

Todays workout involved shoulders and arms. Went pretty well overall, could tell I haven't really worked shoulders in awhile tho.
Clean and press 4 sets 12 Lateral raises 4 sets 12 Upright rows 3 sets10,8,6 Power Presses 3 sets 10,6,4 Barbell Curls 4 sets 12 Seated Dumbell curls 4 sets 12 Close grip press 4 sets 12 Behind head tricep ext 4 sets 12 Wris curl 3 sets 12 Reverse wrist curl 3 sets 12
