Nice workout! Cleans, Squats and Deadlifts. how can you go wrong with that?

Got my tooth filled in this morning. Did some light cardio. Getting a bit of a cold so I don't want to push it and get sick.

Did a lower volume leg day with lots of power cleans at the end. 135 for 3 felt light so there wasn't much rest between sets.

LOWER BODY

A1. ATG Front Squat (135x2x5)

A2. Lying Leg Curl (110x2x5)

B1. Romanian Deadlift (185x2x5)

B2. Hack Squat (160x2x5)

C1. Dumbbell Lunge (25sx2x8)

C2. Seated Calf Raise (125x2x8)

D. Power Clean (135x6x3)

Nah, it's just some automated program on my parents' treadmill. I figure I should make use of it while I'm still here.
