Note to self: Today I did 34 sets and it took me 2 hours. After looking at venom's journal, it seems as if I am very slow with my workouts. Must ask about this

Shoulders
Military press 45, 65, 85, 85 / 10 10 10 8
ez bar shrugs 90, 180, 180, 180 3x10
dumbell presses 30s 4x12
dumbbell shrugs 70's 4x10

4 sets of crunches superset with rotator work

Notes: Completely forgot about raises. The workout did seem a bit short. My back was still blitzed from two days ago, so I opted not to squat.

The last few days I haven't been able to workout because I've had to play golf with my visiting cousin. I've never played golf, but its like 5 hours long. As a wise man once said, i'm so huge everything I do has massive consequences. For better or worse, its been exhausting. It's not all bad, it has been good for my back and overall calorie burn is positive, even though there's a lack of heart rate change. Anyways I hope to get back into regular things very soon.

Whey day: 356.5
Previous: 357.7
Change: -1.2lbs

I've only lifted once this week, so I am very pleased with the results. It shows my diet is solid.

I've been reading your journal for a bit. Good work! Glad to hear about the solid diet. Say you still playing golf with your cousin? If so are you talking one of the little carts or walking the course?

Na that cousin left, so i'm having to spend time with the other 9 or so. And we took a cart. He wouldn't walk...ironic, since i'm the heavy one.

Lol, that is why i do not golf. People do not like to walk the course, its too much work for many.
