For those who don't know me, I'm not a bodybuilder. I powerlift for boxing and martial arts. However, I have a side-interest in bodybuilding as a sport, and I do practice posing sometimes. My biggest flaw at the moment are my triceps, or lack thereof. Genetically, that's my weakest area. I haven't done curls in years, but my biceps look better than my weak tris.
I'm about halfway done with my cut. The reason I cut when I don't bodybuild is to 1. gain more conditioning for boxing and 2. avoid an accumulation of fat, just as a personal principle. I don't care about looks in the social sense, but I want to fit what I think an athlete should be composed of. Just for fun, here's me at 17: Now, at 20: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Looking solid man. Your triceps are actually not that bad, if I say so myself.
Keep it up.

If you look at the outline on the bottom of my arms, it's pretty flat. Every once in a while I go for a hypertrophy routine to mix things up, and tris will be a focus for the next one.
Thanks for the comment.
