Default meal Plan for my cetification?

I have to make a meal plan for my Certification for 2400 calories and I can say my totals are not as close as they need to be: my fat totals are high, Protein totals are low, any advice from you guys already into this, it seems my meal plan is easier to do than doing one for somebody else? Could you be more specific? Like what kind of ratio are they looking for? I could easily give you 2,400 calorie meal plans for 40/40/20, 33/33/33, 5/40/55, etc. And what is this for exactly?

ok,,thanks,,,sorry about that,,,,,it is the 1-2-3 fat. protein- carb ratio. I came up with numbers that are high in calories, fat, a small amount,,but not high enough in protein, and carb ratio, was a little low.

Check out fitday. Make an account and play around on it. Not only it will help you now, but if you use it long enough you should pick up an eye for managing macros by yourself.

Not to be a jerkoff here, but if you're having trouble doing that I don't really think you should have a certification for whatever this is. It's not exactly rocket science.

He doesnt have a certification yet. He is working on it. He has a problem and he is looking for some help. We all start somewhere. But you did sound like a jerk-off.

To the original poster, fitday is a great website for help with this you should definately check it out.

But we could all give you a little more help if you posted the diet you so far and what the breakdown of fat-pro-carbs are. We could see where you might be going wrong and give some advice.
