yesterday I did a Chest Tri's workout, nothing fancy or really hardcore about it, i was in a bit of a rush. Lately i have been using the internal/external shoulder rotation machine to strengthen my rotator cuff muscles because i've hurt my shoulder a couple of times.
tommorrow morning i have a really big Anatomy Lecture exam that covers a lot of material, so i'm sacrificing my lifting tonight to study

another unintentional hiatus from my journal... anyhoo
11/26/07 I did chest and Tri's... our weightroom was ridiculously packed, people kept stealing my equipment, so my workout wasn't great i did DB Bench Dips Incline Barbell Machine Flies Overheard barbell extensions this weird extension thing with a cable tricep pushdown supinated grip/pronated grip
