Well I haven't been posting much around here these days (or like in the last year) but I thought i'd give this another run... I've had a couple journals in the past, one did pretty well, but if i forget about it for like a week or two, it usually dies, but i'm going to try harder this time around.
I'm 20 years old, 6'2 and around 180 pounds. Last year at school I got around 190, and much stronger than i had ever been before, but my summer job was physical and left me with little energy to workout, so i basically lost everything, and now i'm trying to rebuild it. I haven't lifted legs (prior to the last couple sessions) in over 6 months. My goals are to get stronger, and get to 200 pounds. As far as supplements go, I'll predominantly be taking protein, i have some other stuff that's old, that i'll use up, but after it's gone, i'll just be taking protein, and vitamins.

(First workout since last school year) DB Bench / DB Flyes 60'sx15 / 20'sx15 65'sx12 / 22.5x10 55'sx8ish / 17.5x10 Incline Bench 45x15 85x15 85x8 Dips Bodyweightx11 Bodyweightx9 DB Tricep Extension 20'sx9 20'sx8 (My shoulder starting acting up) Abdominal workout So this was my frist workout back, pretty pathetic, i got tired so quick, and i was way weaker than i thought i'd be. Last time i was in our school's weightroom, i was doing 100 lb DB's for reps, and could do dips with 90lbs belted on for sets... but as discouraging as that is, it'll come back in due time! I also started getting back into running, though i haven't written down what i've done, but i'll start doing that too

my workouts currently are getting better, as i've started training with my brother some of the days, and his intensity and work ethic is like something i haven't seen in many people, so he's putting me through the ringer!

Warmup on Bike Back Squat 3 sets Front Squat/Donkey Calf Raises 3 sets Single Leg Stiff Legged Deadlift/Hamstring Press/Calf Raise/Leg Curl 3 sets AB workout if you haven't guessed it, the "/" denotes super setting, so this leg workout was pretty much just stacked super sets, and i haven't worked legs out in over half a year, so it was pretty brutal. The ab workout was the hardest one i've ever done, it incorporated a swiss ball
