well just started goin to the gym again, after a year or 2 of, so thought id post a journal here, to keep track of my progress, and hopefully get some advice!!
im currently fluctuating around 90-93kg, and quite lean, although i would say im probably below average on my weights! diets not particulary great at the min, tho im in the processing of changing it, after having a read round here. Regarding weights, this is my second week back, and at the minute im doing upper body about 3 times a week, and legs once or twice. i tried using a split last year, but didnt find my gains to be as good, so not sure what the problem was there. anyway heres what i did today: Flat dumbell bench: 10*25kg 8*27.5 6*30 7*27.5 8*25 Cable flies: 3 sets of 10 at weight 3 (not sure how heavy this is) 21's: 3 sets @30kg (love this exercise btw) arnold press: 10*12.5kg 8*15 8*15 Cable pulldowns (triceps) 10*weight 9 (again not sure what weight this works out at) 10*9 10*9 lat pulldowns: 3 sets 10*55kg things are improving, altho reckon i need to vary my routine a bit more as at the minute i tend to do similar stuff for my upper body a lot! o and as for cardio, i have trainin bascially everyday so that covers that! feedback appreciated! |

o and supplement wise im takin:
multivitamin glutamine cee on whey protein(cookies and cream at teh mo - awesome in millk, horrible in water!) |

rite well today i did some cardio,
went for a run, bout 4.9 miles, took 29:28, which i was quite happy with. goin to try and get some stat/measurements up on the next day im not trainin! |
