I'm kind of on hold the next couple of weeks because of some major duties I need to work on. When that is done, will start updating here again, and training with a vengeance. Near end of January should be good. Until then, primarily focusing on diet cause I can't train right now as I am accustomed to...driving me crazy.

Gabes got 2 more days till his qualifying examinations! HUGE step in A PhD program! Some people would say its harder than the dissertation itself. But Gabe will kill it

I killed my qualifying examination today!!!! Everyone on the committee said they were extremely impressed.
One of the proffess told me after, that he he had done dozens of these exams, and that mine was one of the best, if not the best he'd ever seen! They said that my depth of knowledge on nutrition topics was phenomenal. And that they were particularly impressed with my speaking and presentation skills. They said that a lot of students are obviously pretty stressed when doing this, but that I presented myself in an extremely calm and confident manner, and that he could not even see a hint of stress! I am SO pumped. I worked so hard to pass this exam. One of the coolest parts was at the end a proffess asked me 20 rapid fire questions in like 5 minutes. I answered all of them spot on; and there were a couple I said I did not know the answer to, and he said neither did he lol. Now it's time to get back to why I do what I do - bodybuilding!!! Thanks for all your patience, and support, in preparation for my exam. Venom is back, and back with a vengeance!!!
