Friday: off

Saturday: thighs/calves heavy, deads power, delts/traps light

3 sets squats 365: 4. 4. 2
4 sets leg extensions w/ one leg hamstring curls 6, 6, 6, 12
4 sets plate loaded squats: 6, 6, 2, 12
4 sets belt squats: 6, 6, 6, 12 w/ sissy squats
8 sets leg press calve raises. staggard w/ light delts: used 20 lb dumbbells, 12 reps per set, 2 sets per exercise: side laterals, upright rows, front raises, bent over laterals
Deads power: 8 sets *3 reps 225 staggard sets w/ 45 lb plate shrugs

30 Mins low intensity variable cardio

Dissapointed in my squat strength. My endurance is great, but when I get near my 1RM, it just is not there. Since I can't seem to rely on progressive resistance, I am going to have to really focus on other training variables to stimulate growth. Overall, very good workout.

Ok, the freak show is officially back!!!

I just did deadlifts, and absolutely killed it. I was so strong, that I litterally held back because I was afraid my tendons would not be adapted.

2 things I did different:

1. Been using inzor weight belt now for 3 workouts.
2. Marc from scivation sent me some vasocharge, and this stuff is straight sick!!

I did: 465 *6, 500 *1. Both PRs. I have gotten 500 once before, but it was the hardest rep of my life and my form sucked. This felt like nothing. I could have gone a lot heavier but again, was afraid of injury.

So pumped!!!

he's in the 190's which means that lift is even more crazy...there are a lot of guys 250 plus that don't deadlift 500

Friday: chest/back hypertrophy

3 sets flat barbell bench (185 3*12, strip on last set to 135) w/ dumbbell bodybuilding deads (130s 3*10, strip 100s last set)
3 sets unilateral pull-down machine 3 plates aside (strip to 2 plates last set) w/ incline pec fly machine, strip last set
3 sets inclinbe barbell press (165 3 *10, strip last set to 135) w/ set and row 155 strip to 135 last set

This was around 1 hour. Kind of short for me, but I just felt like I tagged my chest and back, so got out...

I'm really happy with my program right now...I have learned so much this last year it is crazy. Definitely getting closer to the ultimate truth...I just have to keep working hard. Like Jeremy was saying, consistent training, consistent diet, consistent results. Truer words were never spoken! Which is why the quote "bodybuilding is not just a sport, it's a lifestyle" is so true.
