Thanks, guys! I really appreciate the encouragement. It was an insanely difficult challenge, but at the end of the day I got the job done, as I always do. Now it's time to focus on research and....
Finally was able to get back into the gym today. I am out of shape right now, so I am going to have to ease my way back. Each muscle can't handle too much volume, so I am going to up the frequency and do full upper, and lower type workouts. I'll basically alternate between upper body, legs. And do each 3 times a week, with one day off. Full upper hypertrophy 8-12 reps, <1 min rest between sets Dips BW 5 sets T-bar rows 3 plates for 3 sets Upright rows 75 lbs w/ shrug machine 2 plates aside for 3 sets Preacher curls 70 lbs w/ behind back wrist 3 sets Cable tricep press downs 3 sets lying leg raises w/ legs elevated crunches 3 sets hyperextensions BW 3 sets Jog 0.5 miles. Was really nice getting back in the gym. The weather is just horrid right now.

Thats a nice traditional bodybuilding workout brother. Also you broke my record for long distance on that run for 2010 man. So far the most I have gone consecutive is 100 yards

Kind of struggling getting into a training grove right now. I am getting into better bodybuilding shape everyday, but my program is too sporadic. Part of it is adapting to my schedule. Sometimes I have planned workouts in the afternoon, but been delayed cause I had to stay in lab way longer than anticipated.
I think I am going to have to go back to training early in the morning. That is the only way I can train consistently everyday without being bothered. I hate waking up early, but I have to do what I have to do. I'll just have some oats and EAAs before the workout. On another note, jake and I are going to design a 3 month program, which after completion of we will post on the site. It is going to be SICK. I feel I really need more structure. I can't afford to train instinctive with my schedule. I need to be told what to do, by elite scientists - aka myself and jake lol. And the best way to do that is to design a program myself which lists everything. Like unto the 4th horseman, and cliff hanger. But even more detailed.

I am as well! It is a work in progress, but I'd like to start this program up ASAP. I need some motivation.
By the way, I am just going to tell you guys, that between meals if you consume carbs, OR leu, OR leu+carbs you are doing a good thing. That is all I can say. But expect a publication on this. ![]()

I think my left thigh adductor muscles are injured. Last week I was doing a squat machine and after a couple heavy sets, those muscles really tightened up and I had to stop the workout cause it was pretty bad. I attributed it to being out of bodybuilding shape. But the same thing happened today during squats. And it is not psychological because I had completely forgotten about that injury before this workout.
Really pisses me off. I have no idea why it would be injured. I am pretty sure it is not my hamstrings or quads because I thrashed them pretty hard on other exercises and was fine. I point my feet out during squats, so I involve a lot of adductors. I think I am going to have to focus on knee flexion and extension movements for leg work. And I'll isolate the adductors with machine to hit those.

I'm getting very antsy to start training like the days of old, again. I can't focus on anything until I have my program established... I got a window right now, and you never know how long that will last in my business. So I need to take advantage of this...I am going to do everything possible to set up a program tomorrow and get started on Monday.
