Default DirtbagDan\'s journal of junk.

Just creating a new journal because i'm sick of making new journals all the time for bulking/cutting. So, everything is just going to go in here from now on. Next bulk starts Sept 3rd.

Started bulk today, added back in milk and slowly increasing my calories by 500 this week, and another 500 next week. Using Nitro T3 and Aminovol to help me along with this.

Lateral Raises superset with Hammerstrength Shoulder Press
Lateral Raise: 40 lbs. 1 set of 7 repetitions
Shoulder Press: 90 lbs. each side, 1 set of 6 repetitions (3 more rest pause)

Reverse Pec Deck
155 lbs. 1 set of 6 <font color="red"> </font> repetitions (4 more rest pause)

Biceps

Hammerstrength MTS Machine Curl
75 lbs. each arm, 1 set of 8 repetitions

Triceps

Tricep Cable Pressdowns
67.5 lbs. 1 set of 9 repetitions

Abdominals

<font color="red">Ab Crunch Machine
50 lbs. 1 set of 8 repetitions (3 more rest-pause) </font>

Abs are in red because I don't work abs on a bulk! LOL!!
