When I competed I noticed I was missing separation in the right side of my abs(I was a little below 4%BF so I don't think that was the problem), you can see in the picture below there's only two on my right side....any suggestions to bring out another line? Or is it just genetics and I'm SOL
One more question, just out of curiosity what kind of time frame would it take to add 1 pound of muscle...1 pound of fat requires you to burn 3500 calories, but I was curious on the flip side if anyone had insight

You look great! How did you get down to 4%?

Seems like it would just be genetics. Assuming you worked out each side of your abs the same way, I don't see how it could be anything else. Sorry, bro.

Hanging legs raises can aid in seperation of the muscles. Do them with good form and get a good stretch at the bottom. If you can do it throw some ankle weights on or a dumb bell between your ankles.
