Had another SUPERB workout tonight...very intense and fast paced...the pump in my lats was great, i could feel them standing up without even flexing...I LOVE IT!!!!

One Arm DB Row:105x12, 105x12, 110x12, 115x10
Bent Over Row (DB): 55x15x2, 60x12x2
Seated Row: 87x12x2, 87.5x10x2
Lat PD: 67x15x2, 67.5x12x2
DEADLIFT:335x10x2
straight arm pd: 33x12x3
ss w/
low cable row: 38x15x3

Tomorrow is a run only in the morning for me..followed by lots of REST AND RELAXATION aka SLEEP!!!! its my one day i get off a week! gotta love being deployed...haha...for the run my first sergeant is talking some mad trash these days, so im gonna have to go with him and show him how real men do things!! my guess is around 5 miles.

just a run today...it ended up being 4.6 miles total..i ran a 8 minute pace..not bad...the rest of the day involved sleep!!! it was great. now im gonna call the lovely wifey, and then prob. get back to bed!!!! shoulders tomorrow morning...and arms tomorrow night!!

Shoulders this morning...and they got killed..every position they are in right now, minus just arms hanging free, they feel tired!! great workout this morning...

DB Press: 65x12x2, 70x12x2
Upright Row (smith mach): 75x15, 80x12, 85x10
Lat Raise: 25x12x2, 30x10x2
Front Raise: 40x12x2, 45x10x2
Rear Flye: 25x12x2, 30x10x2
Giant Set: 20x10each way

Arms Tonight!!! gonna get the PUMP and freaking kill them..got all day sunday to recover!!

Excellent workout, very, very, very good pump. i think it was the drop sets i did at the end that finished 'em off! my arms felt like they grew 2 inches and were TIGHT!

BB Curl: 85x15, 90x12, 100x10, 105x8
Inc DB curl: 25x15, 30x12, 35x10, 40x8
Tricep PD (weight=machine level):35x15, 38x12, 42x10, 45.5x8
Overhead DB Ext: 75x15, 80x12, 85x10, 90x8
Preacher Curl: 55x10x3
Close grip bench: 135x12x2, 145x10
Hammer Curl: 40x12x2, 45x10
Rope PD SS with DB Curl, Drop Sets...just ran the rack down failure at each weight!!

Today is my full day off...ill start again tomorrow morning with a run, followed by legs tomorrow night!!!

i can see myself getting huge...i LOVE IT! after my shower last night i did a little flexing in the mirror, im making some good progress so far, lats are getting wide, arms are gettting bigger, pecs are getting full...Legs look bigger!!! shoulders are getting round, 3D looking and the traps are standing up taller! i love it!!!

Run this morning, 4.1 miles at an 8:17 pace. A little slower, i was tired. but still a good run. Legs tonight!!!! gonna make them babies hurt, and grow them redwoods FAST!!!

Great back workout tonight, i could really feel the pump through out my whole back. I warmed up with 3 sets of pullups, and 3 sets of weighted chin ups (25 lbs).

Shoulders this morning. Pretty good workout...i did lat and front raises first, for a warm up..then got down to business with rows and presses. presses i did 4 sets of 10, with more weight. in hopes to bust through a kinda of plateau as i was not incresing the past few weeks. great workout this morning! arms tonight...gonna make them babies explode with blood!!
