Did back last night, intense, great workout!!!
(all weights, except DB excercises are what level machine was set at) Seated Row:87x12x2, 87.5x10x2 Lat PD: 67x15, 67x15, 77x12x2 Bent Over Row (DB): 50x12, 55x12, 60x10x2 One Arm Row (DB): 95x15, 100x12, 105x10 Deadlift: 315x10x2 SS Striaht arm PD: 33x12x3 w/ Low Cable Row: 38x15x3 Today was a run only day...did about 3.5-4 miles in around 28 minutes. Tomorrow is ahoulders and arms!!!!!!!!!!!!

My unit played baseball today for PT, so i could not get to the gym to lift this morning....Is is OK tho!!!! my extreme motivation will get me through my shoulders workout tonight, followed by a few supersets on arms!! for touch ups!!!!!

Great workout tonight...i feel like a kid on christmas..im PUMPED!!! i switched the order of my exercises around a bit..for shoulders i usually start off with the lat raises and front raises, i guess as a warm up..today i warmed up doing different kinds of physical therapy exercises..then started with the heavy compund lifts firs...WHY DID I NOT DO THIS BEFORE?????
Arnold Press: 65x12x4 (did a rest pause, no spotter, still got 12 reps each set) Upright Row: 85x15, 95x12, 105x10 Lat Raise (DB): 30x10x4 Rear Flye (DB): 25x12x2, 30x10x2 ARMS!!! i only needed 2 supersets to finish my arms off..and let me say that they were pumped afterwards!!!! BB Curl: 80x15, 85x12, 90x10, 95x8 SS W/ Overhead DB Ext: 65x15, 70x12, 75x10, 80x8 Inc. DB Curl: 25x15, 30x12, 35x10, 40x8 SS W/ Tricep PD (weight is machine level): 49x15, 56x12, 63x10, 63x8 EXCELLENT WORKOUT tonight...tomorrow is my off day, monday ill kick it back off with a run in the am, then legs at night!!!

Ran this morning...it was about 3.5 miles total..only 2.5 registered on my NIKE + Ipod, but i needed the first mile to calibrate it..i got tired of running and wondering how accurate it really was. my pace today was 8 mins/mile. ill do LEGSSSSSS!!!!! tonight, cant wait, also i think ill change my workout to do 4 sets of squats and 3 of leg press, instead of the other way around...does that sound good?? SURE DOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Legs were KILLER!!! but great [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] haha. Nothing special, just old fashioned moving some weight!
Leg Curl: 45x15x2, 50x12x2 Front Squat (smith machine, not sure how much the bar weighs, so weights are weight ONLY): 160x10, 160x12, 170x12x2 Squat: 295x7, 305x7x2, 310x7 Leg Press: 500x12, 520x12x2 Calf Raise: 140x12x3 great workout tonight...chest tomorrow morning!!!!!!!!!!

Chest this morning was great!!! Felt strong, and got a lot accomplished. Again went with DB bench today, got a really good stretch, and felt the pecs working hard!!
DB Bench: 75x12, 75x12. 80x10, 85x10 Inc. DB: 65x12, 70x12, 70x12 Inc. Flye: 40x12, 40x12 Flat Flye: 45x12x2 Weighted PU (ss with the flyes): 45x10x3 Weighted Dips: 25x10x3 Back tonight!! cant wait to feel the insane pump!

BACKKKKKKKK!!! It feels great, i mixed up the workout a bit today, and did all the DB moves first...then the cable rowing, my lats wanted to EXPLODE!!!
One Arm Row (DB): 100x15, 105x12, 115x10 Bent Over Row (DB): 50x15, 55x12x2, 60x10 Seated Row (weight equals machine level): 87x12x2, 87.5x10x2 Lateral Pulldown (weight equals machine level): 57x15, 67x15, 77x12x2 Deadlift: 315x10x2 Straight Arm PD (weight=machine level): 90x12x3 SS W/ Low Cable Row (weight=machine level): 140x15x3 Great workout!! tomorrow morning is a run, and thats it for the day. Giving the body some rest to come back and kill the weights again on thursday!!!! plus i need to catch up on the guitar lessons! and missing my wife just as much as the day i left (i couldnt possibly miss u any more babes!!)
