chest this morning...great workout, again i am impressed with the weighted PU, my cable crossovers at the end really burned today...i can feel my chest growing
Bench Press: 185x12x2, 195x10x2 Incline DB Bench: 55x12x2, 60x10 Incline Flye: 35x12x2 Flat Flye: 45x12x2 Both sets of flye SS with weighted PU: 45x10x3 Weighted Dips: 25x10x3 Cable Crossovers 3 way burnout 40x7x3 Ill do my back agian tonight...i cant wait!!! someone tell the deadlift area im coming and to get ready!!!

A BEASTMASTER for a back workout...my whole back felt like it was gonna explode..and my lats felt like they wanted to fly away!!!
(all weights, except DB excercises are what level machine was set at) Seated Row:77x12x2, 87x10x2 Lat PD: 57x15, 67x15, 77x12x2 Bent Over Row (DB): 45x12, 50x12, 55x10x2 One Arm Row (DB): 90x15, 95x12, 100x10 Deadlift: 315x10x2 SS Striaht arm PD: 33x12x3 w/ Low Cable Row: 38x15x3 Tomorrow should be my day off, but my company is making us do a 5K 'fun run'...so monday would just be a run day for me...so i will switch out sunday with monday and be all square!!!

5K run this morning, im pretty sure it equals out to somewhere around 2.75 miles. my time was approx. 17 minutes 45 seconds. I could have done better, but i am happy with the results, esp since i stopped running as hard as i used to so i could try and beef up a bit. I am taking the rest of the day off, and tomorrow is my full day of recovery. Ill come back tuesday with arms and shoulders

My day off...Felt great to just relax...the workouts have been pretty hardcore, going twice a day..but i feel like i allow myself enough rest, i dont feel over worked yet...i will continue for another month or so, and see how i feel. Right now i feel great though!!! i cant wait to wake up tomorrow morning and hit the shoulders harder than ever! I think my fuel for these intense workouts comes from missing the wifey and baby all the time. id much rather be relaxing on my day off laying around with them!!! but for now..it provides me with the FUEL! ahhh..more tomorrow after the workout! (babe u still work me out the best tho [img]/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] )

Mountainous shoulders this morning!! feels great. Very motivated, and i cannot wait to get back tonight and 'sculpt the guns!!'

The GUNS today!!! Great workout, ran a little long though...the gym was packed..and it was harder than hell to find dumbells, o well..still had some crazy intensity...kicked it up a notch with the weight i was moving today!
BB Curl: 85x15, 90x12, 95x10, 100x8 Inc DB curl: 30x15, 35x12, 40x10, 45x8 Tricep PD (weight=machine level):49x15, 56x12, 63x10, 63x8 Skull Crushers: 75x15, 85x12, 95x10, 105x8 Preacher Curl: 55x12x2, 60x10 Close grip bench: 135x12x3 Rope PD SS with DB Curl, Drop Sets...just ran the rack down failure at each weight!! tomorrow morning is a run for me..not sure what ill be up for, my guess between 3-4 miles..or maybe ill hop on a bike and ride for about 30 mins. Tomorrow night is LEGS!!! get ready!

ran this morning, it felt like 4ish miles or so...completed the run in about 26ish minutes...i felt slow, but the guys i was with said it was a pretty decent pace. Legs tonight! get the squat rack ready

Chest this morning was great!!! Felt strong, and got a lot accomplished. Only negative is i did DB bench instead of BB, so i didnt know what weight to start off with.
DB Bench: 70x12, 75x12. 80x10, 85x10 Inc. DB: 60x12, 65x12, 70x12 Inc. Flye: 35x12, 40x12 Flat Flye: 45x12x2 Weighted PU (ss with the flyes): 45x10x3 Weighted Dips: 25x10x3 Back tonight!! cant wait to feel the insane pump!
