12 will come nicely..give the body a "rest" i am beat down! Front Squats: 280x3 - (275 woulda been perfect) SLDL: 315x4 Pullups: 30x4 BB Bench: 240x4 DB SH. Press: 80x4 Complex: 40x4 Hammer Curl: 70x5 Dips: 85x4 + Situps: 120x4 + (5 Additional reps..MORE WEIGHT!!!) Leg Raise: 25x10, then 8...too light for only 4 reps...felt good though

Power Clean and Press: 135x12 Super Set w/ Pullups: Bodyx12 BB Bench: 205x12 Squats: 285x12 + DB Curl: 55x12 Lying DB Ext: 50x12 + Med Ball Toss: 15xFAIL intense intense intense workout tonight...the first 2 exercises were a superset...KILLED ME!!

Press: 155x8 DB Row: 135x8 (trying to make back a little stronger) Empty Can: 25x8x2 + (Hold DB out front, thumbs to the ground, raise arms at 45 degrees to body) BB Curl: 115x8 (little heavy) Lying DB Ext (phys ball): 55x10 + Situps: 100x8 Weight held with arms extended Twist: 100x8 each side, weight held close to body
