Squats: 335x10 Deadlift: 315x10 (+3 RP) **yes, u saw that right, squats then into deads!!! I AM SICK!!! Hahaha, felt great tho good pump throughout my legs into my lower back, i love it!** BB Row: 165x10 (+3 RP) DB Bench: 90x10 (slow good reps) DB Flye: 60x12 TIME TO ADD WEIGHT~!@ Upright Row: 105x12 ADD SH. Press (BB):115x10 Rev. Curl:65x15 literally dropped the bar, lol, talk about failure! Lying DB Ext: 50x10 Situp: 20x12 Oblique: 45x10

went a little bit lighter on the volume today, im on 8 reps now, so im into more of my "strenght" weeks i still have a few 8 rep workouts then 6 reps before i go back to 12. heavier sets for 8 tho, so the amount of exer. is down.
Squats: 345x8 + Goodmornings: 185x8 + Pull Ups: warmup=bodyx8, working set=25x4(4 more neg reps) BB Bench: warmup=185x8, working set=205x8 Upright Row and Press: warmup set=115x8, working=135x8 = DB curl: 45x8 Preacher Curl: 75x8 Skull crusher: 105x8 + reverse PullDown: 10x8 Med. Ball Toss (catch w/ one hand and twist): 15 lb ball to failure

today was 6 reps to failure...one more 6 rep day, and then ill be back into 12 reps...number of exercises was low compared to my higher rep days, but the weight lifted is the reason, today was heavy!
squats: 2 warm up sets (225, 315), working set= 375x3...a little too heavy to get 6 reps, muscles were well stimulated though Pullups: 1 warm up set (body weight), working set=25x6 good full range of motion, all the way down and up BB Bench: 2 warmup sets (135, 205), working set=225x6 BB Sh. Press: warm up set(135) working set=155x6 BB Curl: 115x6 DB Skull crusher: 55x6 (a little more weight next time) Leg Raise: 2 sets Bodyweight to failure Situps: 2 sets, 25lbsx6 (weight held behind my head)..65x6 (weight on my chest) great workout monday will be my next one, for 6 reps again

Walking Lungs: 100x6 (2RP) Deadlift: 335x6 (4RP) BB Row: 185x6 (3RP) DB Bench: 100x6 (slow, good ones) DB INC Bench: 70x10 (slow, good ones) Heavy UPright row: 135x6 BB Sh. Press: 145x6 DB Curl: 55x6 DB OVerhead Ext: 95x6 Sit ups (weight on chest):65x6x2 Oblique Twist: 45x6x2 *NOTE* i do the rest pause reps at the end of most lifts just to make sure i hit temp. failure and get the most out of the workout
