cardio this morning. first time i ran in a good week. 4 miles 29:42. felt good. Back in the gym tomorrow for some more full body demolition

Again going for 12 reps, weight was pretty good, in the right area for the most part.

Squats: 310x13
Pullups: 5x9, 3 more negative reps
BB Bench: 195x12
DB SLDL: 95x14
Upright row: 95x14
Shoulder Press: 115x10 (slow, good reps)
BB Curl: 95x10
Dips: 55x12
Wrist curl: 40x12
Situps: 15x12
Oblique: 45x12

Good Mornings: 132x15 (first time ive done this one)
DB Bench: 90x10

Complex: 25x10
BB Curl: 95x10
Seated Overhead Cable Ext: 120x10
Situp: 15x10
Hyper Obliques: 45x10

Good Mornings rock. Nice set for the first time. A veriation that i put in is sometimes i use a shortbar and sometimes a long bar. You will find you can do more weight with the short bar ie. curl bar or something. Not sure why i guess just because the weight is closer to the body and not so hard to ballance. How did you like them for the first time?

the goodmornings were pretty good to me. ill have to try the long bar/short bar thing. im not too much a fan of leg curls/extensions. i am all about usuable strenght. i dont see myself laying down or sitting trying to lift things with my feet. so im always looking for movements i would use throughout a typical day. i am being honest with myself by saying ill prob. never compete, so i just want to get as big as possible, while staying reasonably lean. just athletic! haha yes dzoni, food is the hard part. lol, everything is just so good!!! haha,

haha, o no no no...not 'good' like that. haha, i hate eating....so much, its a must do though. i eat until it makes me sick! can you believe i actually lose motivation to go eat. HAHA, i meant everything tastes so good, making it hard to stay clean! all the sweets everywhere, just tempting! im doing pretty good though!!

did a pt test this morning. 2 minute pushups 2 min. situps 2 mile run.

pushups and sit ups were depressing! haha, i missed the max score by 2 total pushups, and 1 situp. just a bad morning!

2 mile run time was 12:40. thats about my average pace
