Bro I gotta complement you for front squatting your butt off.

I personally would LOVE to do them but the bar chokes the crap out of me. My neck is very thick and the bar rolls back of my shoulders and I cannot breath. I have to try giving them a go on the smiths machine but they really do need a free bar movement so you can drop nice and deep without feeling you'll fall back (lack of balance with the smiths).

I would say stop doing legs and back together. That deadlift can be a lot better if you haven't done 2 form of squats just before it.

thanks for the input!! anything coming from you is gladly accepted, as you seem to take the common sense no BS approach! im the same way, as u can see with my lifts. the only defense i have for doing deads on legs day, is i only do them once a week or so...and its usually the second exercise i do, next to squats or lunges. but ill see what i can do to revamp the workouts a bit. starting sunday, next week is full body routines for me!!!

That's cool, bro!

Just a recommendation as I know personally that squats and deadlifts (for me) are not the best mix in one workout (unless you're doing 5x5). Because the 5x5 is designed that the squat is "light" on the deadlift day.

Your numbers are pretty good. It's all about progression [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Squat: 300x15
BB Row: 185x12
DB Flye: 55x17
BB Bench: 185x12
DB SLDL: 80x20
DB Overhead Press: 50x12
Rear Flye: 30x12
BB Curl: 95x10
DB overhead Ext: 80x12
Wrist Curl (DB): 30+x16
Weighted Crunch: 25x20

I was reading down your workout and i saw you did SLDL after squating 300x15 with DB no less. That had to hurt. Made me cring just thinking about it. Keep it up bro.

Dzoni, honestly my squats are pretty **** low. i use the power rack and put the bar catch things on number 12, i make sure the bar hits them or else i dont count the rep. upper legs parallel to the floor...yes, birthright my hammies were DONE!!! i had to throw something like that in though to give the shoulders a rest after chest before i worked them with overhead presses.
