Added 5lbs to major lifts. First time using the 2.5 plates! I really just wanted to throw on a 10 but I must adhere to the instructions given [img]/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img] WORKOUT A Squat 3 sets @ 190 x 5 Bench Press 3 sets @ 170 x 5 Deadlift 1 sets @ 230 x 5 Dip 2 sets @ bw x 8 Decline Sit-up 2 sets @ 25 x 10 |

BTW thnx for the currency converter, it figured it out that with accommodation's, food, flights, training and extra cash for going about, it would be aound 3,000$ Canadian for a month? BTW did I tell ya that I am gunna start taking up Muay Thai again is September? [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I'm actually training at two gyms now, but the first one I went to was really recreational and un-hardcore. Thailand won't be until next summer for me, but if you're planning to go up around then let me know. Looks really intense though, 7.5 hours of training for 6 days a week?! |
