This is for anyone on the anabolic diet. High fat, little to no carbs.
Serving unsweetened, vanilla almond milk. (2 grams carbs) 1-2 servings whey protein isolate (I use Nature's Best creamy vanilla). (0 carbs) 1 tbsp peanut butter (2-3 g carbs) Generous serving ground cinnamon/splenda combination. Don't be shy! Little bit of vanilla extract. Blend all of that up. Then whip up 3 tbsp heavy cream (equals about 1 g carb) and dump it all on top. Eat right out of the blender. And there you go!

Those flavours do not seem like they would mix at all. Cherry with peanut butter?
