Default Lower Abs Help

I'm getting closer and closer to a six-pack. I need help with exercises targeting my lower abs. Any tips?

hold crunches for 2 sec on every rep and focus on flexing your lower abs.

Leg raise (10-15 sec) ss sissor kick (10-15 sec) repeat until you collapse

hanging leg raises

reverse crunches on an incline

plank

(if you need explainations go to the 'exercise' tab and scroll down to the ab exercise section

Once you get to the higher reps, start adding weight.

take a dumbell and pinch it between your feet. Burns pretty nicely.

downward...say if you are lying down and you raise your legs, just have a friend push them back down, puts more stress on the abs when you bring them back up. Also, you can do the same thing if you doing hanging leg raises.
