Default quick question about my split

Hey guys, I just started this new split yesterday:

Mon- chest/back
Tue- cardio/abs
Wed- bi/tri
Thu- shoulders
Fri- pseudo-cardio (recreational sporting activity)
Sat- off, maybe a sporting activity
Sun- pretty intense cardio (sport)

My quandry:
bis/tris on Tuesday or Wednesday, given the fact that Monday I work tris and bis with chest and back respectively, and then Thursday I'll work tris with shoulders so I want them to be recovered fully by then, too.
OR, should I move shoulders to Wed and do bi/tri on Thurs?

I just want optimal rest

p.s. before I was doing chest/tri and back/bi on mon and tues respectively with shoulders the same. Oh yea, and don't worry about my legs, I work them in the off season and they're big enough as it is, haha (go genetics!)

ugh, no legs... Big enough or not, you are setting yourself up for injury and decreased sports performance from muscle imbalances.

brother, I do vertical jumps over 500 times a weekend for my sport, and my cardio is HIIT Stairmaster and biking. I train legs in the offseason so that I can maintain and keep them from getting sore from lifting when it counts.

I would love to train my legs during this time, however I see no viable time to do it, taking into consideration the DOMS.
