Oh man it was horrible I so didn't max - I got max up until the 13:47 2 mile. My slowest 2 mile yet! Besides that maxxing pushups and situps was pfft.
Anyways later today im gonna smash some legs. Next time ill be better prepared for that run, I just came off leave and they barraged me with the oh yea pt test be ready junk :P. I suppose its all about being ALWAYS ready though hehe. I'll punish myself for it during squats im sure. |

Thought I'd just comment I did the most brutal leg workout ever. The squats were so deep I thought my quads were going to explode! At the end of the workout I had trouble just standing up to do my calves!

Another day another dollar... well not really out here its just another day lol.
Anyways today I hit some chest --- Barbell Bench x12 x12 x10 x8 Incline Bench x12 x10 Incline DB Bench x15 x12 x10 Incline Flies x12 x12 x12 Triceps pulldowns x12 x12 x12 Tricep Kickbacks x12 x12 x12 Pushups x25 x25 x25 Was pretty simple. My workout partner wouldn't wakeup so I was forced to go it alone, how horrible! |

Today, Tuesday, Back Day
Ok that sounds alot more hardcore than this workout but hey whatever! BACK I SKIPPED ME SOME DEADLIFTS BECAUSE MY LEGS FEEL LIKE SLINKIES! Dumbbell Rows x15 x15 x15 Cable Rows x15 x15 DROPSET!!!!! x10 x8 x8 Pullups (varied grips) x15 x15 x12 x10 x8 Rope Lat pulldowns x12 x12 Upright Rows S/S w/ Shrugs x15x12 x12x12 x10x12 Dumbbell Shrugs finisher drop set! x15 x7 It was a fun workout but back NEVER feels the same without deadlifts =( |
