Bahir, I really like your split, I've just begun a split very similar. You are making great progress, keep it up!

How do you like DUP so far, Bahir? It's probably my favorite method ever. I think I use it in some form for virtually all of my splits.

It's great! The strength gains are simply awesome, but I think it's important to stick to the routine and not get too many rest days in a row (something that has happened to me the last few days).

My deadlift form is bad. I've realized that I lift in two phases; legs first and then with the back, so what I'm going to do now is to start with a bit lower weights, do few reps but with much better form.

Leg day, heavy
Squats: 122.5 kgs, 2 reps, none of them performed well. Leaned forward and pushed with my toes, especially on the second rep (nearly fell over). Gotta fix that. |

****it, my deads suck. I worry so much about form that it affects my form for the worse. Today I tried bending my legs more than usual and try to not make the lift split into two phases (legs first then back). The next time, I'll work my way up from 100 kgs, adding 10 kgs each set, doing three to four reps with good form, until I find the weight where my form turns bad.
DLs: 150 x 3-4, 3 sets Squats: 95 kgs, 11 reps |

I've decided to give this program another go simply because it is so awesome, and also, yesterday was my last day at work and in about a month I leave for Australia to go study there. So in that time, I will try to reclaim former glory! I miss my 8-pack...
Today is workout one. |

Hey Venom, things are going pretty **** good. I'll be moving to Australia for university in a few weeks, and since I'm free during the weekdays (because I quit my job last Tuesday), I want to ramp up my training like hell, so that I'm in good (or great) shape when I get to Australia. I have been training all along, but only 1-2 workouts per week for the most part, since the end of last summer (my last DUP split). I'm still as stong or stronger in all my lifts except squats, which I have dropped about 20 kgs in (I think this has a lot to do with mentality). So basically, I want to become as fit as I was before, like in those pictures I posted here at ABC.
