Bench press: 112.5 x 4
BB rows: 120 x 8 - getting one of those weight lifting belts, so form should improve after that
SMP:65 x 4
BB shrugs: 160 x 10

DL: a crappy (!@#$%^&*) 150 kgs x 6-8 I think. I've lowered the weight to improve my form, but I'm far from happy with how it is now.

Forgot gloves and straps at home...

Bench 115 x 2 - some guy spotted me, and began helping WAY too soon. So I'm only counting the first two reps... I gotta start working out with someone who can spot well.

BB rows: No straps... 120 x 8
