Default switching from creatine monohydrate to creatine ethyl ester?

I have some cee I got for free from a buddy. Do I need to load it? also, when I switch back to monohydrated will I need to reload that? And my last question is this...can I take both together and still get desired effects?

THIS IS AMAZING...CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY ADVICE ON THIS STUFF? ...I GUESS I'LL OFFER MY OWN. I USED IT IN THE GYM TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I DON'T KNOW IF I JUST DID A GREAT WORKOUT OR WHAT BUT I HAD NO LOADING OF THE STUFF AND I FELT A HUGE PUMP. MY 18 INCH ARMS FELT LIKE THEY WERE 21 AND ABOUT TO BURST. I AM NOT SAYING IT WAS THIS CREATINE BUT IT SURE DID FEEL GOOD...MY ARMS FELT AND LOOKED HUGE TODAY!!!

I think your caps lock button is broken. Thanks for providing your opinion on the stuff, but try to be a little more patient. There have been numerous threads that discuss CEE and a simple search would give you plenty to read up on.

Or a simple search on Google.

You do not need to load CEE, I doubt the extra pump you felt in the gym was due to one dose of CEE, it is probably a mental thing. I don't see anything wrong with taking them together but don't see the need either.

In the past it has been discussed here, and mainly used by people who do not respond to monohydrate. I respond perfectly well to both, and since monohydrate is around 60% cheaper that is what I will use once my current bottle of CEE is done. To my knowledge one of the "bonuses" of it is that you supposedly do not have to load, and I will admit I seemed to feel the effects a bit faster than monohydrate.

You guys need to stop whining about the caps. Is it really that big of a deal to have to read in caps? No its not. I didn't realize it was on until halfway through typing it. Try picking your battles. If you want to fight for a cause then don't make it BATTLE AGAINST CAP LOCK!!!

The other thing that I wanted to mention is that this is a forum so thanks for the hard time about bringing up a subject that has been hit before. I think that things will have to be brought up over and over since weight training will not change too much over the years. If people didn't repeat subjects there wouldn't be much of a forum so thanks for the hard time. I was awefully impressed with this site until the responses I got from these guys. This site likes to boast good community and communication but one of the people on here tells me to look somewhere else for the information...google it he says. What is this forum here for? If you don't have something positive and constructive to say then don't respond. Simple as that. I asked the question here because there is a lot of information on the net that is false. I wanted the low down truth on the item and you have to say " a simple google search will do" I know what the rest of the net says. I wanted to know what the "good" people of this site had to offer and I found out that its not much. So thanks for your insiteful input Down 2 Die!
