Default fitting in 6+ meals a day

I have had a busy schedule lately at work (12+hrs/day). This limits me to getting food more than 3 times a day. Do any of you have any tips to get more meals in? any cook books recommended?

Every morning for breakfast/pre-workout I blend raw oatmeal, an egg and extra whites, and a banana. Maybe you can do that and keep it in a cooler.

At work I have like 30 seconds to get something in between my 7 hour shift, so I eat brazil nuts and drink whey. I used to add raw oatmeal in that too and just eat it out of the whey with a spoon. OR you can dry blend/grind your oats and bring them with you and mix that with your whey and eat that!

Getting veggies in at work sucks. I was thinking of pureeing sweet potato and broccoli into as much of a liquid as I can get, and drinking that on the side with some whey.

In a nutshell, blend anything together that you'd normally eat, and make sure it tastes just good enough that you can keep it down, and refridgerate it properly, and viola!

They make microwavable sweet potatos, Tuna and BBQ, oats, venom bars, and you can microwave eggs also.

Hey bro,

Are you have problems preparing meals or actually finding time to eat them?

I tried pureeing broccoli once in a shake with some protein and whey. That was really gross. It tasted about 1000 times better with spinach so I'd try spinach and sweet potato first.

Eating them. I am usually busy all day long when I am at work. I guess what I am looking for is ideas to get my meals in, sort of like the stuff I have been seeing people post. I think I'm going to start packing shredded oats and protein and just eat that throughout the day. I just want to eat more than just Whey all day.

BTW thanks fellas for your tips!
