red wine vinegar.
helps to tenderize and gives it that tang of aged beef.

add all the spices/herbs you want.

balsamic vinegar, lemon/lime, garlic spice works well, pepper tastes great, a little red wine works great and most the alcohol/sugar should get cooked out. other than that its difficult to find something with 0 calories, there are some good 10-15 cal marinades and sauces out there though

I always put a little worshtishire sauce (not 0 cals), pepper and salt on my steak.
