Hey guys I am new and am trying to work out a diet plan for myself ( I will later post it up) and I had a question about sodium. I dont really have time to cook and prepare meats so packaged meals would work well for me. I see alot of these are high in sodium, what difference would that make? I plan on going off the 13-week diet posted on this site.
Thanks |

Read this, http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/sodium.php
My recommendation is to have about .5 grams of sodium per liter of water consumed post exercise. In your normal diet, excluding post exercise sodium, I would not go too far past 2.5-3 grams total.
