Default Loading pin and Rolling thunder!

Hi guys for the next little while I am only going to have access to a loading pin and some olympic weights as well as my rolling thunder deadlift handle.

Can I still get the amazing resaults and gains from doing deadlifts this way as opposed to my olly bar?

Not really, since you are going to be extremely limited on the weight you can move. Your back is not going to be limiting you, your grip will. You'll develop a wicked grip if you stick with it, but don't expect much outside of that. If you get a little creative, I'm sure you can come up with more than just deadlifts to do with it though.

How much are you pulling on that? I have mine at home too and I'm curious what others are doing?

Ya what he said, and the fact that a RT is more like a lockout than an actual deadlift because of the pin height.

Some cool ideas for your RT could be:

*Get another one and do some farmers walks with them
*Get another one and play tug-of-war with a friend
*try and do some 1-arm rows with it
*try and go for Laine Snook's world record (lol)
