Default Getting back into the swing of things

Well after a long time of not working out... here are my starter pictures. Sorry for the quality my hands are really shaky, and its a rather small mirror. Hopefully I will reach my short term goals and be able to add on 10-15 pounds.

Yes I know my left bicep is tiny/nothing there lol

I would say it shouldn't be too hard for you to put on 10-15lbs. in the next 2-3 months. Just eat, train and sleep.

Motivation is a key factor, because you won't get anywhere without going to the gym, I'm sure once you start lifting your biceps will even out somewhat. Of course they could just be shaped differently bout still be the same overall size. Just a question did you have surgery on the left side of your abdomen.

Ahahaha no. Not that I know of lol. I'm pretty sure it was just my shaky hands and a crappy camera. I saw that too and I had to check it out myself.
