Same here, I love them. But I'm on the cut. So I threw them out along with all my fruit. Even if I were on a bulk, I'm not sure if I could control myself if I just tasted even 1 bite. =)

[/ QUOTE ]Why would you throw out fruit or avocados on a cut? Fruit is not that calorie dense. You can pretty much substitute 10g of oatmeal for 40g of most fruit. So then you get the benefits of the vitamins, and phytochemicals of fruits while giving up just a bit of other sources of carbs. I regularly include avocados in my cuts. It's not like you have to eat a whole avocado every time, and it tastes great mixed with beans/rice!

I really like avocados. Though I don't like them smashed the way they serve them for dipping.

I have them either with a salad, or as a compliment to my main entrees. I don't have them very regularly b/c they're a bit expensive, but they're a great source of healthy unsaturated fat. If I could get them cheaper, I would eat them more often.

Cut them in half or 4 parts and put them whole (not smashed) next to your food or cut in cubes (for your salad). They're awesome! :yum:

I threw out Fruit because of Fructose. I'm on the 13 week Hardcore Fat-metabolizing Diet. I threw out Avocados because I just don't have the will-power not to eat a whole one once I get strarted. And that's tjust oo much fat. I could pick them up again when I start to bulk after summer.

Nope...29 cents for each one where I got them.

So was that just a special? Or can you get that price everytime? I rarely see them for under US$0.89. And often see them jscked up to US$1.50!!!

I saw some big nice Avocados in the store today for $1.79 ea. Then I saw these small ones (hard as a rock) for $0.69 ea. So I assume those are the ones you are taling about Wheyman? So is the taste & textur all right? Especially if you are just mushing them up?

mash them up into guacamole and put it on bread.

Are you talking about full size avocados? Because that's a really low price.

The 29 cent ones I'm referring to give me about 120 grams (of the edible portion).
