Default Best foods for long-lasting anti-catabolism?

I am visiting Las Vegas soon. Since it is impractical to ingest protein every 2 hours while on vacation, which protein foods provide protein for many hours other than cottage cheese and steak?

coudln't get much easier than cottage cheese IMO. can buy that at 7-11 if you had to.

I would bring casein protein with me, as I always do.

don't worry about getting it eveyr 2 hours, every 4 hours on vacation is fine too. this is a good chance for you to take a break and also go on a lower protein diet such that hwen you come back, the extra protein is a shock to your body which can help break a previous plateau.

I wouldn't worry about it while you're on vacation. If you can still get 4-6 meals in a day, I wouldn't fret too much on the timing. Enjoy Vegas, and then worry about the meals when you get back!
