I was thinking of doing like a 50/50 mix of ricotta cheese and CC before bed or even just substituting CC for RC just becuase I can actaully stand the texture and taste of ricotta. Which would be more suitable for slow digestion of protein?

I had read somewhere that the harder the cheese the better it is for you,I havent really done much research on this subject,(guess I should) supposedly the harder the cheese the less fat and more calcium it contains.
