Ok I have weights here at home and a total gym. All I do is basic weight training is there anything else that I could be doing? I hear that some of you know how to make a good workout with home gyms. Like free weights and a bench! I forgot to mention that I do have a bench its not the best but works. I also have standard weights and dumbbells. Some help on some things that I could be doing. Seems to me that I get bored and don't know what else to do.
