what do you guys think about boiled eggs? I've been making them for breakfast recently and they're not too bad, they stick with me for a pretty good while.

Eat them as a second meal, not for breakfast. Get some carbs and whey in for breakfasts. If you want to eat boiled eggs, and I think you want to bulk up, you're going to have to eat A LOT of boiled eggs to get the protein in. And eat whole eggs, you want to gain weight. I suggest 10-12 eggs ... 6-8 whole the rest egg whites. Unless your getting more protein from some other source.

I usually eat about 4-6 boiled eggs per day, mainly between meals. There also easy to carry around

Wow, I know some people eat a lot of egg (like 15 white + 2 whole on breakfast "jay cutler")
But don't you think that 8 whole egg every morning is a bit too much cholesterol? Watch out. |

Yeah but tell me if jay does that in the off season or if he does that in the diet down stage. How do you know that? Did you see his video in the off season? Did he tell you personally? Did you read a magazine?
All the guys who do their diets on videos, most of them are dieting down for a show. Guys who write their diet in magazines, they are diet down type of diets (or are ghost written). Only thing I'd believe is if those exact words come out of cutlers mouth "i eat 15 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, in my OFF SEASON" Now I'm not calling you a liar, but I personally know guys, person to person, who go up to dozen eggs a day (whole eggs) in their off season without having any cholesterol problems. Now things may change, one day they may have half egg whites half whole eggs with other source of protein. If you get you regular check ups with the doctor. Your blood tests done, especially in the off season with all the red meat you're eating, whole eggs and huge amount of calories (blood pressure problems with such a weight being carried around) etc. You should be able to predict your diet for a longer period of time. If you want to gain wait, and you're on a bulk. Don't eat 15 egg whites and 2 whole eggs. Eat whole eggs, eat RED meat, get your protein down. Not going to grow on a bulk if you eat like you're dieting down. This isn't directed at anybody, just in general. It needs to be said!

I tried this egg thing makes me naucious sorry bad spelling but yea after the 3-4th one I get kinda sick especially 2 days consecutive =\

Block your nose and eat it! Haha. It's hard, they smell, their smell makes me want to puke every day. But has to be done!

poach the eggs, boil the eggs, fry them up with CC. Just eat them. I try to eat a dozen egg whites. A day. I'm cutting though. Perpetual cut, but cutting.
